Become part of our team

Hotel Johann is a family-run 3-star hotel right in the historic centre of Warendorf. You will join a small, well-coordinated team with short decision paths, flat hierarchies and a warm working atmosphere.

We are currently looking for staff in the following three positions – each as a mini-job or in part-time. We also welcome students and holiday workers, and on request you can work Saturdays and Sundays only.

Housekeeper (m/f/d)

Mini-job Part-time Mornings Student/holiday job Weekends only possible

Your tasks

  • Cleaning and care of guest rooms and holiday apartments
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (corridors, stairwells, entrance)
  • Changing and caring for bed linen and towels
  • Refilling consumables and amenities
  • Careful final check of rooms before check-in

What we expect

  • Careful, thorough work with an eye for detail
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Friendly manner with our guests
  • Basic German language skills
  • Experience in hospitality welcome, but not required

Breakfast Service Staff (m/f/d)

Mini-job Part-time Early shift Student/holiday job Weekends only possible

Your tasks

  • Preparing and replenishing our breakfast buffet in the conservatory
  • Friendly service for our guests
  • Preparing eggs and small hot dishes
  • Clearing tables, cleaning and proper handover of the area
  • Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) – training provided

Grounds & Garden Maintenance Assistant (m/f/d)

Mini-job approx. 2–3 hrs/week Flexible self-scheduling Student/holiday job

Your tasks

  • Keeping our car parks and outdoor areas clean and tidy
  • Looking after the gardens and green areas
  • Removing leaves, weeds and minor litter
  • Weeding, watering and pruning plants according to the season

What we expect

  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Careful, independent way of working
  • Reliability – you schedule your hours flexibly yourself
  • Experience in gardening or grounds care welcome, but not required

Scope: approx. 2–3 hours per week · Pay: €16.50 per hour · Working time: flexibly self-scheduled.
